Merton Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 (edited) Ooooh. But I’m on a gear buying ban for 2019 and will have three new basses (all already in gesteation) anyway so I don’t need this too 😂 Edited January 2, 2019 by Merton 1 Quote
Guest Posted January 3, 2019 Posted January 3, 2019 Couldn’t they find a bass player to do the demo? Quote
visog Posted January 3, 2019 Author Posted January 3, 2019 Bit more on this... with better sound and playing... Quote
sblueplanet Posted January 3, 2019 Posted January 3, 2019 Wonder if they will offer a lefty version?🧐 Quote
therealting Posted January 3, 2019 Posted January 3, 2019 As someone who really likes medium scale basses, I’m hoping the necks for these aren’t impossibly slim like the other Soundgears. Something about it reminds me of Fodera and Warwick. Quite like the pickguard shape. Hope they also make a fiver. Quote
BassApprentice Posted January 4, 2019 Posted January 4, 2019 Absolutell hotbed for modifications at that price point. One of those with a humbucker at the bridge would do nicely.... Quote
philw Posted January 4, 2019 Posted January 4, 2019 Good colours too! Wonder what the EU price is going to be? Quote

Chris2112 Posted January 5, 2019 Posted January 5, 2019 I don't think that playing demo served the bass particularly well. Quote
franzbassist Posted January 5, 2019 Posted January 5, 2019 I think I've just discovered the bass my daughter is going to have for her studio 1 Quote

Russ Posted January 6, 2019 Posted January 6, 2019 Never mind that. They've brought back the AFR. Played one back in the 90s. Lovely looking instrument, played and felt great, sounded kinda wimpy though. Maybe they've beefed it up a bit now. 1 Quote
