I have to admit, it's a cunning idea. I remember this hitting the news a couple of years ago, I can't remember what raised the Police's suspicions.

It also reminds me of a Cheech and Chong film, where cannabis resin was used to make casings for TV's iirc.

apparently customs' suspicion was aroused when they noticed white powder leaking out of the scratchplate screwholes.
