itu
I just happened to find out, that Warwick's Hellborg amps and cabs seem to be on sale. Those interested will find their way to that well-known German T-shop.
warwickhunt
Just seen these; brand new gear at less than used prices!

binky_bass
GAK are selling the same pre-amp at over £1800, Thomann at a shade over £500... You could get the full rig with both cabs for £1500 or so, seem remarkably cheap!
scalpy
Hide this thread from the guy selling his on here...
Hellzero
Unbeatable deal still at the delirious prices elsewhere and by Warwick themselves !?! I need a new rack preamp, I think I know which one I'm going to buy. That said a complete rig is very tempting.

attackbass
I was thinking about selling mine until I saw this today. I shot Warwick an email and this is Thomann selling old stock as they no longer make the amps. So once it's gone it's gone I guess. Almost tempted to buy a cab ! Hellzero
Thanks for the clarification. I will order the preamp right now.
Hellzero
It says available within one week, strange, so I didn't hit the button...
attackbass
Yeah that's what I'm uncertain about. Might be worth contacting them, could be that they've just bought old stock from Warwick?
Owen
I have no need of this Preamp. At all.
warwickhunt
If I didn't have a new amp on order, I'd be considering the pre/power!
ryancowell25
Ordered the Club Cab Tuesday from Thomaan even though it said a week for stock...... I received notification it shipped today
rsint
Yeah, ordered the pre and stereo power amp and it's been packed and ready for shipping right now. Sort of an impulse buy at the right moment, not quite sure what to expect from it, but it looks sexy as hell.
Wolverinebass
Wouldn't you be totally miffed if you'd paid 4 grand for this stuff when it came out?!! Having played a full beans one of these, you won't be disappointed. Neither will your chiropractor as the power amps can only be lifted off the ground with a crane. The power handling of the cabs is surprisingly low and they're heavy, but that's neither here nor there as this stuff is quality.
Jono Bolton
The 2x12 looks tempting. 200W at 4 ohms is enough for me as my head only puts out 120W at that impedance.

three
I’m on my second Hellborg rig (and have two Hellborg pres from previous Hellborg adventures). This is the best bass preamp I've used (for me) by some distance and the list includes some of the world's most desirable pres from studio SS to exotic valve units. Beware, you'll see in my previous posts that I've experienced problems with the power amps - there's a gritty tone with some hifi cabs - it may be a good idea to consider a Hellborg cab if you’re in the market. rsint
Just received my pre and stereo power amp. I’m running it into an barefaced big twin 2. I tried not to have any expextations and since I’m still in the honeymoon fase I’ll try not to gush.....too much The sound and looks are phenomenal.....as is the weight! The immediacy of the notes, the dynamics. It’s warm yet very accurate. The eq is absolutely brilliant. It’s dead silent. Even the switches feel super sturdy. I think I’ll keep it.

yorks5stringer
On the subject of Warwick, Thomann are clearing some of their LWA 1000 ( two channel) amps for less than £400 too.
