prowla
I've got a Warwick RB 5-string bass body and neck for a project... My first task is to find some screws to attach them together. Now, Warwick do sell them, but the postage is more than the parts and I really need to keep to a sensible budget since it's an RB. Any ideas where to get Warwick parts in the UK? The body had 2 bushings and was missing two. Yes, I checked them on the Warwick site, but the postage is £10, which is more than the items and the budget is tight on rebuilding an RB... Guest Marcoelwray
Oh. I had those and I could mailed them to you but I clean all my spare parts I didn't use.... You don't necessary have to look for Warwick parts....
prowla
Thanks - the bass now has its neck attached. And a set of (old) strings on it. Next step is some pickups. This is it and its pals.

I think it's JST, R5 is the connector size. JST, I have no idea… Jack Socket Tube? edit: JST is a brand of connector. Stands originally for Japan Solderless Terminal. rmcki
So the smaller R5 connector has 2mm centers for the pins, I bought it by mistake, I needed the R4 with 2.5mm centers.
rmcki
I suppose it will all depend on which preamp you choose to install.
prowla
Thanks for the info - so it’s the same fit barrel socket with just a different connector on the other end.

Guest Marcoelwray
You still can cut the connector and weld (or "solder", honestly I don't know) the wires
