Sticky pads for transducer neck pickup

Good evening 

I have read some where in the posts but can not find it for the love of looking a post about replacing sticky pads on transducer pickups .

i believe they are a special item to do with the material they are made from including the glue used to obtain no loss of sonic ability 

I use a Wilson K4 pick up which is bridge mounted into a rockabilly pro and then use the neck transducer from the rockabilly pro 

need to replace the sticky pad mounted on the neck transducer I have emailed shadow pickups twice with no reply
