Thanks Rusty. You have the venue, date, time, it's free entry, bar & food available. Not sure what else to add, except a description of what will happen, which er ...is currently a load of bass players bringing along their gear to show to each other!

A link to the forum and, if needs be, an email address to find out more.

Hi Phil

I'll be there. 15th is fine for me. As to doing something more than just attending, I'll email you some thoughts. In the meantime, of anyone has anything on any subject they'd like to hear a luthier's perspective on, put it on this forum.

Cheers

Only if they don't mention Football and bring lots of nice bass gear which we confiscate at the border!
:)

Count me in. Should be fun.

For those traveling with only carryable gear, it's worth knowing that the venue is only an eight minute walk from Hornbeam Park railway station (Leeds-York line) and just two minutes walk from the 36 bus top (Leeds -Ripon frequent service).

Are Geordies invited?
Definitely! Especially if you bring your harem of Fender Follies. :)

I'm allowing for en route relief in the bushes!

Defo! Considering I'm only allowed to live in Yorkshire through marriage (I'm from Berkshire), I'm not in a position to go all Geoff Boycott!
