Mike Dirnt p bass collector

Any others on here who is a big fan of the Mike Dirnt p bass?? 

I have 2 of them I have a blonde road worn one and a mk1 black one (2004) 

Also anyone looking to sell a mk1 model (in either blonde or sunburst) I’d be very interested to speak to you 

if not just show me pictures of your Mike Dirnt precision’s

What's the difference between a Mk1 and a Mk2?

Colour mainly mate mk2 is a tad lighter mk2 has nitro lacquer aside from that not a great deal really

I had a MIM sunburst one, but it was a bit of a boat anchor. I moved it on and then tried a blonde roadworn. Chalk and cheese! I'd really like the RW!

Mine is like a boat anchor and has a very chunky neck but sounds and plays amazing. I did 119 gigs last year, 14 with my Mike Dirnt and its the only bass that I got compliments for from multiple soundmen.

I really liked the neck and pup on my MIM.. It looked great and was comfortable, just heavy!
