Double Bass Player needed for South Cambs

I'm posting this on behalf of a friend:

Skylark is a 4-piece band : singer, trumpet, keyboard and double bass. Due to illness, our bass is no longer able to play so we would like to find a replacement. The music we play is mainly from 1910 - 1960 : Hoagy Carmichael, Gershwin, Cole Porter, Irving Berlin etc. but also some tango and bossa nova. It is a very low pressure (unpaid) group, performing ~6 times a year in residential homes in the winter and fund raising for country churches in summer. We also occasionally perform at parties, barbecues etc.
