Lovely neck that was on my Strat for years. No idea of manufacturer but really nice to play. Lightly oiled back, stunning board, frets have seen use but are all OK. Looks like a previous owner tried to relic the headstock, nothing a little light sandpaper won't get rid of. Tuners included, no idea of make but are solid and do the job. 

Board really is stunning :)
