funky8884
Hi everyone Does anyone use a Boss LS-2 or similar with their digital effects unit ( zoom etc ) to mix in thee unaffected Bass signal with noticeable positive results ? itu
I am using X-over (Iron Ether Divaricator, KMA Tyler) to keep the low frequencies (< 400 Hz) dry and the higher frequencies wet. If you blend dry and wet there may be phase and mud issues. 1
dannybuoy
The processing delay inherent in the digital side will result in issues when blended with the dry signal, it would produce an effect like a flanger but stuck in one position instead of cycling round. However you might not notice it if the latency is very very low. You could of course get two similar digital multis in each loop of the LS-2 to counter this! funky8884
Thanks guys, I think I’ll just keep it simple and go in one side of my MS-60B and out the other
