Nordstrand Fat Stacks & Big Splits

Hi

I'm going to have a chnage in my Se Jazz, currently running Bartolini soapbars and Bart' 3band pre amp. Both p/ups have cil taps

Thinking about going for a mix of J-retro as I really like these pre's and thats based on previous experience.

Thinking about going Nordstrand for p/ups. Fat stacks look like they will do the job, what various web sites have to say about them sounds like they will work for me. Modern sounding but with a coil tap giving a more old skool sound if needed. But then there are the The Big Splits, they may also do the job, I'm inclined to go with fat stacks but figured I'd ask on here first

So anyone experienced any of these p/ups?

Cheers

Tony

Tony[/quote]Can't really answer your question Tony but I'm considering replacing EMG with a Fatstack too .. I do have a jazz with 2 Big Singles .. best I've heard IMHO
