Selling this great Neuser Courage 5 String
These are great playing and sounding basses. They were handmade in Czech Republic but are no longer made so are hard to come by these days.

* Spalted Maple top
* Carmelburst Colour with Gloss Finish
*  Ebony fretboard
* Neck thru
* 7 piece maple neck with mahogany stringers
* 34" Scale.
* John East J-Retro Preamp
* Neuser Pickups
* Neuser Custom Bridge
* 18mm string spacing

What kind of pickups are these? True single coils? Or hum-cancelling splitcoils? Or some kind of humbuckers?

Is it possible to estimate the year when the bass was manufactured?

Hi, the pickups were branded as Neusers own so I don’t know who manufactured them to be honest and I can get any new info on them as they are not made anymore. I can get the year of manufacture when I get home later and I’ll let you know then.

Ok, perhaps you have noted if these pickups were hum-cancelling? Or is there some single-coil hum when soloed? Thanks.

Hi, sorry they are humcancelling dual coils so there is no hum when solo’d!
