Jaco was wicked,its not virturoso but my favourite bit by him is the bassline to i can dig it baby by little beaver,the bass line is pure simple sleazy soulful funk.

That Jaco solo from Shadows & Light didn't make it to the album (...so that says something)
That album was my 1st introduction to Jaco's playing & it blew me away, I still think some of his best work was when he was being the bass player for Joni... more 'playing for the song' & less w@nking if you get me.....

I'm well aware of Jaco's very musical bass playing - both in support of songs and as a soloist.

But if I walked into a gig and saw what's in the clip - I'd walk straight out again. Sorry.
