The chorus for Lateralus repeats, sequentially, through 9/8, 4/4 and 7/8 (plus the lyrical rhythm is based on the Fibonacci sequence)

toneknob
The instrumental of Robbery, Assault and Battery by Genesis is 13/8, but they group it differently throughout, eg 6&7, 4&9 etc, starts at 2m37s
toneknob
Incidentally Tool and others like King Crimson etc are big on polymetry as well as odd time sigs: for example one guitar playing in 7/8 and the other in 5/8. A good example of this (with these exact time sigs) is B'Boom/Thrak by Crimson, written in their Double Trio persion (mid 90s). One trio plays in 5/8 while the other in 7/8. 7m17s onwards:

BreadBin
Simon Posford as Shpongle is a master of unusual time signatures, and moving from one to the other seamlessly.

Timing is all over the place but, like Money, you don't notice till you try and tap your feet. We used to play it - or try to - and it defeated the drummer every time Ever noticed how it speeds up?

Never noticed that but haven't really spent much time listening to it, compared to turn it on again. Still, I suppose I can't judge. toneknob
Try playing along to the original of Dance On A Volcano if it's speeding up you're after. (Also there's some 11/8 in the coda, to stay on topic)

LewisK1975
One I've never been able to count is Rusty Cage by Soundgarden. The verse sections are in 4/4 apparently, but I'm damned if I can count it and find the '1'.... Edited March 4, 2019 by LewisK1975

tauzero
7/8 bit kicks in at 0:52. Not as complex as most of those already cited, but I used to play this in a club band and one of the clubs we played at had line dancers. That gave us considerable entertainment. Others - Times Like These - Foo Fighters, main theme to Tubular Bells - Mike Oldfield.
