Norris
I've had great fun today playing with the Redtron SE mellotron VST. Fabulous stuff, sounds great and totally free. I've also downloaded the Dexed DX7 emulator and the ARP Odyssey. Any other (free) synth VSTs I should add to the toolkit? The MT Power Drumkit VST is also very nice. I could do with something a little more subtle and laid back though. Any recommendations, maybe something with brushes and rim taps? Edit: Btw I'm using Reaper on Windows 10 (yes, I'm a cheapskate!) There is a link somewhere on BC has been posted in autumn 2018 It's only for 64bit OS but it is great. Another great one is Drummica from Sennheiser. It's a Kontact library totally free and it won't cut off after 30 mins like other free libraries do. Unfortunately the site is in german but google translate is your best friend, but the library is in english. https://de-ch.sennheiser.com/drummica Edited March 7, 2019 by Mcgiver69
lowdown
If you are after some really good, free Orchestral sounds , the link below has a really good library. You will need the full version of Kontakt to run it though. https://redroomaudio.com/product/palette-primary-colors/
