Just got my 1972 Telecaster Bass back together after completing  renovation. I think the before and after photos speak for themselves? Spot the differences....and just one thing missing!

Very nice. Was tte whole body refin’ed? Or just the area around the bridge pickup? Looks seamless.

What an amazing job! I've often considered having the bridge pickup removed from one of my Thunderbirds with a similar cover up, but I imagine it would probably cost more that the bass!

No, had the whole body done in nitro: just 4 coats and no clear coat so the dints and scratches and bare patches below will/have already re-emerged. Will take some better photos when it is not raining and the light is better.
