joe_bass
***************************SOLD*********************************** Heya guys looking for a quick sale on my Fender Mexican Jazz. Have just got myself an American so need to shift this. Am away next week so ideally would like to get rid of it by the end of this week. It was bought back in about 2003, new from GAK in Brighton. I tried more than a couple of Mexi's that day & decided that feel wise, look wise etc this was the nicest one there. It's a great example of a Mexican Fender with a lovely smooth neck. The scratch plate is a replacement black/white/black one from WD Music which fits perfectly, looks great I hope you agree! I can always dig out the original white one though if preferred. The bass is in good condition with just a couple of minor knicks. I'll be sad to see this go as it has a lot of sentimental value to me & is a great little player. However as previously mentioned I now have an American jazz (photos in seperate thread later!) so this is not needed. Will be willing to sell this for say £165 + p&p for a bass chat member. However if there isn't much interest by tonight then I'll be putting it on Ebay. Thanks for looking guys. Will get hold of some bigger photos later if needed. EDIT: just to mention this is fitted with gold strings at present. joe_bass
Whoahhh Didn't expect it to be this popular. Is like £230 new in Andertons in Guildford?? Apologies but I sold this yesterday to the guitarist in my band after mentioning the price I'd put it on here for. I would reply to PM's but theres been so many. Sorry for the delay in an update, an afternoon in Guildford became a whole day after the driver got lost, twice.
