It looks like a GA24?

Don't think so if You look at the B&W photo it's got the regular "Series" rounded tail the GA's are very pointed. But I have only seen GA's in that colour before 🙂

I've always far preferred the GA24 shape to the normal Supernatural/MK, and I don't just mean the pointy tail. As a package it's much more pleasing to my eye. The Calibas shape was v.nice too.

Oops, somehow I missed all the other comments to tge same affect. Hers doesn't appear to have neck binding, 24 frets or the sharper point to the body behind the bridge of the GA24.

I was on the phone chatting to Jaydee about my Series 1 order. Looks like my bass may be ready in around 3 months time.

It's already paid for, so it's just a case if waiting for it to completed

A great close up video of Mark's Starchild bass, thanks to Julian

Fair play to MK, he is a total machine and rocking cool flares. Goals right there.

Can't seem to see many photos of Calibas's on here so here's mine which I played for a number of years and sold in 2004. It was my first foray into boutique basses and was for me an "Ah, that's what a great bass is like" moment. It was a few years old when I bought it and had some wear and tear so I stripped it, had John refurb the electrics, body and neck resprayed and buffed by a local shop and I cleaned / lacquered all the brass bits to keep the bling alive 😁 Quality bass with lots of nice features but weighed about 11lbs+

Jaydee are supposed to be bringing back the Celeste range, and, in the meantime, will make one to order, so he can't be charging too much!

I'd say he'd be looking at maybe £400 for that.

This looks like the same bass and he is asking £750.00

if it is in good shape I can see why, considering they are quite rare and the wait time for a new one would 16 months. No idea what the price of a Celeste would be, but Jaydee basses start at £1650        ( Roadie 1)
