franzbassist Posted March 29, 2019 Posted March 29, 2019 Anyone else digging these? I absolutely love them. Quote
franzbassist Posted March 30, 2019 Author Posted March 30, 2019 Apparently they were developed for Chicago Music Exchange by La Bella. Pure nickel roundwound wrap on a hex core. No silks at either end. Lots of different gauges and scale lengths. Tension I would say is medium-high. Tone is pure nickel: warm, with sweet highs Feel is wonderful, they are so smooth your fingers fly over them with much less squeak. 1 Quote

ClassicVibes Posted May 4, 2020 Posted May 4, 2020 Is there any way to buy these without paying the ridiculous shipping costs? Been itching to try these... Quote

Thanks! Have you tried the Fender 7150s or GHS Balanced Nickels? I would be interested to see how they compare. Quote
