Thunderpaws
Used the Geddy Lee in rehearsal for the first time. Noisy guitar band and lots of overdriven sounds to compete with. I had to turn my amp up a fair bit compared to my p bass as the pup output is pretty low. Sounds amazing though. Love the tone through my Streamliner. A wee bit of grind but all clear. I found that dropping a bit off the neck pup helped it cut through a bit. One observation that I need some help with. The E string is noticeably louder than the other strings. So when it comes to parts of the song with bottom string it overwhelmed compared to the other strings. Do I tighten the pup screws at the end of the pup below the e string, will that help or give me other issues?
Lozz196
Yes, that’s where to start, I’ve had similar issues with Jazzes - and indeed with my Precisions, the E side of the pickup a fair bit lower than under the other strings.

Thanks Lozz. I’ll give that a shot this evening.
