Stacked Knobs

OK Hive Mind, 

I'm trying to locate a pair of stacked knobs for my Jazz and would really, really some black plastic ones like this:

 

Everywhere that advertises them seems to be sold out, except for somewhere in America that charges £20 plus £12 P&P for a set.

Ki0g0n might know, so I'll PM him, but if anyone knows of anywhere in the UK (or even mainland Europe) that has them then please let me know.
