Stand for tilted cab + level head?

Hi guys, I'm looking for a way to tilt my cab to serve as monitor and at the same time being able to put the head on top of the cab, presumably on some level stand of sorts, so that it doesn't fall from tilted cab and so that I can access it's controls easily (i.e. it's not laying on the ground next to cab). Do you use similar arrangement? Did you see it somewhere? Please post tips and links. Thx in advance!

I use one of these and it works great.  My amp, Fender Rumble 500, just sits on top of the cab, Barefaced 2x10, with the front feet hanging over the edge and doesn't move.

I've seen this recommended to hold the head on a tilted stand, but not tried it myself:

Doh! It cost me more than that to make one and I got a rollicking off the missus for sacrificing one of her kitchen chopping boards!
