Switch identification help

Hi chaps, 

The 5 way in my OLP is a bit sketchy and the neck pickup generally cuts out. I've tried contact cleaner but it tends to only work for a few minutes. With so many switch types I don't want to buy the wrong one - can anyone help isolate what this is and possibly point out places to buy ? Thanks :).

n.b. current switch allows following selections:

* Neck Humbucker

* Both pickups inner coils

* Both pickups both coils

* Both pickups outer coils

* Bridge humbucker

What you are looking for is a 5 way stacked rotary switch.

The second one looks like what you need. The first is just a standard rotary switch.
