Excellent, thank you. Victor was an underrated bass player - his solo album “Low Blow” also has some fantastic playing.

Tough little nut to crack, this one, and I am not convinced I have got it right. There is something going on with the bar lengths that is throwing me and I cannot find where it is and the lines are all over the bass so I am not even certain that I have it in the right octave at times! If you can see the odd bar length or disagree on the specific note choices, let me know so I can revisit the chart. In the meantime, this is the complete Dave LaRue bass part for the tune 'Slice Of Time' from the 1995 Steve Morse Band album, 'Structural Damage'.

At the suggestion of ChrisDev, I have redone the 'Slice Of Time' transcription in 3:4. It hangs together much better that way (no link - it is on the same page as the other 6:8 version).

Wasn't he making new pages? I cannot believe he wouldn't be lurking somewhere around there and putting together some amazing stuff. Maybe we need to wait a bit.

He's not posted on this thread since July which is unusual. Haven't noticed any comments on the other threads i follow.

If anyone knows him let us all know he's ok.

The legend has returned, I like many others on here owe you a great deal, welcome back , I’ve learned a lot from your hardwork, one of my favourites, Dave Hollands “ thieves in the temple “ with Herbie Hancock, thank you for your efforts.
