Pop up advert- continuous - Baintree Paypal

I am getting a relentless advert pop up now when browsing Basschat. Pretty much making this site unusable. Even when cookie policy us disabled it stills shows. Driving me nuts.

Is it just me?

It's not just you, note the 'braintree' popup and the 'cookie policy' tab at the bottom. That's right, I said bottom!

Hopefully once things are sorted this won't happen as it is incredibly annoying and does indeed render site usage somewhat impossible! 

Fingers crossed the ads go back to normal soon!

Banner ads are fair enough, but ones that pop up and block the screen, or follow the screen when scrolling are a step too far me thinks! I'm sure ad revenue is integral to keeping the site running, but a fair balance needs to be struck! I'm certain the lads/ladettes in charge are working on it!
