They look pretty unique and I was vaguley interested until they started talking about gold plating, sterling silver and '19 hours on the CNC machine'.

I'm guessing these aren't going to be MiM prices.

Wouldn't have thought so. If I had to guess I'd say they're aimed at avid GoT fans with deep pockets. The ability to actually play them is likely to be optional.

I'm not even going to ask if they do lefties.

If they produced a Valyrian Steel resonator that i could melt down, make in to a weapon and protect myself from an army of undead, i'd still think $25,000 was over-priced!

Well you said it yourself - sterling silver inlays, gold leaf detailing, heavy duty bodywork carving...

Frankly, I'll be very surprised if any of them ever see the business end of a stage.

I'm not into the show and obviously that's stupid money for a guitar, but I do think they look great nonetheless.
