I remember seeing a picture of it in the Fender catalogue on the way home from the Birmingham Music Show (likely in 2004) and falling in love! It was a bit of a Wayne’s world ‘It will be mine’ moment… I was 13 at the time, so needless to say i didn’t have the funds for one. I had a copy of the Frontline Catalogue in Autumn 2003 before I moved to uni and I would just stare at the pics of the QMT in there and imagine owning one. Only ever saw one in person before - in Music Maker in Dublin one day when skipping a boring computer class.
