I'm happy to report that he's a proper music fan - he really listens and chills right out when there's something playing. I'm a bit worried he'll become a drummer like his uncle so I've started him on a fairly rigorous series of bass lessons before sending him off to study with @devinebass for a few years (whenever you're ready Scott) I have my mini 16" bass for him to play with when he can sit up properly. Should make one fret per finger easier, too. Today was lesson 1 - basic familiarisation.
