FinnDave
5k for a knackered old guitar strap? Doubt if it's even worth a fiver!

p4ul
I have decided to take the plunge, I need a new strap for my £99 Jazz copy, and feel that this would add some kudos, more even than spending the 5k on a 1966 Jazz with strap and case... #MakeLindseyProud

Richard R
The listing says it is a HUGE piece of musical history, and the photo of the guitar does not actually show the strap. So I think it's really 100m long and much of the cost if the hire of the truck for the included "free postage"

OK, as I recall, the PC version of its origin is that Forces', or at least RAF airmen's, standard issue underpants used to be made of a perforated, Airtex type material, with the 'business' bits, particularly the seat, having several layers, thereby resembling the breakfast cereal of that name. The non-PC version? Use your imagination as to what might have been shredded........ 45 years on from being demobbed, and I still refer to u/pants as Shreddies, as does Mrs B.....
