@nickmew Dingwall Z3, Sandberg California II TM5 Fretless, Hofner Club, Roscoe Century+ 5 and probably a Phil Jones Double 4

Oh, I was looking forward to trying the Club.  And that Roscoe looks a beauty.  Never mind!  Next year...!

DVLA have very kindly renewed my licence (jeez what a pain that was), so I'm hoping to get down to this if I can sort out a hotel.

Looking to put names to faces and of course satisfy some GAS curiosity. Particularly looking at shorties, 5s and amps. Will bring my Bass Uke for giggles.

Hi everyone, I was away from the site for a very long time so I missed the whole convo.

It would be great if you could write the details for this please. I get that it is on the 4th but where and what time? :)

I can bring along my 4 jazz basses, a custom 6 string fretless and my upright. Not sure about the amp though :D

You mean the information we need is at the start of the thread, so everyone can easily find it?  What is this new fangled madness??

Thanks both,  see you there 😁

Quick update-

We've got our own Track And Trace QR code. Although none of us have got any obligation to use it, I would very much encourage and reccomend it. If we can prove to the venue that we can be responsible with covid precautions- it might bode well for the future.

This year may well turn out as a smaller event than last time (no guest speakers, fewer commercial exhibitors, etc) but the venue is cheap and there is still a pandemic on.

Gear-sharing and clothes remain optional and down to individuals.

Oh, and bring cake.

Now I'm REALLY sorry to miss this year.  That's going to be a heck of an ice breaker...

And Richard, bring download.jpeg.f8e0cf86c62d53f6bac6d28cb96f8a6a.jpeg

🤣

I wouldn't be allowed to - my daughter works for Cadbury's and McVities are a competitor. However I'll see what she can get from the staff shop for raffle prizes. If we're having a raffle?
