My new Old gear

Thought I'd show my latest setup, '90 Smith Custom, early 90's SWR 350 modular rig (Ebay) and trusty old Ray 5 with a new MM pickup, the old one was f***ed. It all Sounds absolutely beaut! 1st gig with it this weekemd

(Anyone using 2 or more speakers, do you find they sound better next to each other, rather than stacked?)










The Smith plays and sounds like you'd expect, incredible bass!

Nice stuff - never tried a Smith, but they always look great (and unusual). As for the cabs, it all depends on the room/stage - I don't think there's a definative answer.

i dont know if its cause i use two 1x15's but yeah i think they def sound better on the floor than stacked but you have to have room for them! ! ! ! and with 2 guitards in me band its not very often lol
