PunkPonyPrincess Posted June 12, 2019 Posted June 12, 2019 (edited) I need two basses worked on, I have a couple of basses I want some work done to. Fundamental instruments are sound but they need some work and it’s a lot for me to do as there is wood routing and fretting/dressing. maybe replacement parts. any recommendations? lozkerr Posted June 12, 2019 Posted June 12, 2019 Chris McIntyre's your man. He did a lovely job on my Steinberger a few months ago. He's based in Leith, right beside Easter Road stadium. https://www.mcintyreguitars.com/ 4 Quote
PunkPonyPrincess Posted June 12, 2019 Author Posted June 12, 2019 (edited) I rehearse in leith as well, damn that’s fortuitous. unsure about Mr ACG, i’d feel a bit crap coming with my agricultural tools in the vicinity of his glorious weapons. Edited June 12, 2019 by PunkPonyPrincess Quote

dmccombe7 Posted June 13, 2019 Posted June 13, 2019 +1 for Chris McIntyre. He did some work on my Warwick Thumb NT. Brilliant, knowledgeable, very helpful and just a really nice guy. His list of customers is something to behold. Not expensive either. Dave 2 Quote
