Very early Warwick Streamer, serial no. 067, should be from 1984. Cherry body, neck through construction 5 piece neck with wengé and cherry, rosewood fretboard. EMG electronics, Schaller bridge and tuners. All original. Has a neck/headstock repair, pro job and now stronger than ever. Lightweight about 3,8 kg. dyerseve Posted June 28, 2019 Posted June 28, 2019 Stunning bass! These older Streamers with the cherrywood bodies are incredible - much thinner body and lighter than the later Streamers. You can really see and feel the hand-crafted quality of these beautiful instruments. I already have 8 Warwicks though and already looking to sell 6 of them shortly otherwise I would have been all over this!

It certainly is and you aren't likely to find one without the headstock repair and as this was a repaired by a pro so should have little effect on value.
Aero71 Posted June 30, 2019 Author Posted June 30, 2019 Thanks for all the nice comments, guys. It really is a unique instrument for a very very decent price. I'll even include a hardcase for safe transport for free. One of the locks is missing, but the other two work great and keeps it closed.

Is it original or has it been changed during the repair ? It is known Warwick experimented in the early years with different types of wood. The rosewood fretboard is very rare, but 100% original.
