Hi been dabbling in the site for years and realised I have no idea how selling things on here works anymore..

do I need to pay a fee? Ā If so who do I pay and how much??

EBay and Facebook marketplace are usable if youā€™re within driving distance and arrange cash on receipt, for bass gear.

Basschat is WAY safer. Ā  Itā€™s a good community and kind of self regulates, by outing bad guys.

There are real people with real reviews, for previous transactions which you can turn to.

Iā€™ve had MANY purchases on Basschat, and Iā€™ve placed my trust, and never been let down yet. Ā Ā 
obviously that doesnā€™t mean there canā€™t be one rotten egg, but youā€™re much less likely to fall foul. Ā The only thing I donā€™t like about purchases on BC is the prevalence of F&F payment. Ā I prefer to pay the PayPal charge and maintain my buyers rights, for an extra layer of safety.

We always advise not to use F&F šŸ‘šŸ¼
