I've bought this bass last year from basschat, and think it's appropriate giving it away here. Selling the bass since I'm moving out of the country and have my own bass back home.

Details:

It's a made in Korea Fender Squire with modded Bartolini pickups and on-board preamp. The Bartolinis do give it a nice warm sound, along with the pre-amp. Works perfectly well, might just need a new set of strings is all.

Other than that, one of the volume knob's a bit loose, nothing affecting the playability of the bass. It's served me well over the year and would want it to go to a good home. I'm not particularly picky about the price - bass goes to the first pm offering £80 for her.

Just lemme know if you'd like some more pictures.

P.S: Postage will be buyer's preference. Merry Christmas!

Oh yeah, I used to own this. There are lots of pics of it at the link above (but with regular Jazz knobs instead of the silver jobs). It was in excellent nick the last time I saw it :)

When you say 'with modded Bartolini pick-ups' do you mean that the bass is modded by having the pups inserted or the pups themselves have been modded/altered?

My son (LWTAIT on here) used to own this, I think between neepheid and the OP. It has standard (unaltered) Barts fitted. Its actually a cracking bass, and £80 is silly money! The Barts and pre-amp are worth that alone!

If you'd just searched facebook..it was on there for quite some time before it came on here. Yeah, I wasn't fully sure of selling it which is why it was on there.
