bassatnight Posted July 7, 2019 Posted July 7, 2019 Hi All, I am thinking of purchasing an Aria SB1000 from a seller that I have heard other bassists have had experiences with, from memory positive and negative. They are called the East Island Crew, my gut feeling is that they place ads on eBay then take an order for that item and subsequently go off and try to find a similar guitar that meets the specs they stated on the advertisement - am I wrong? Any experiences? Cheers, Steve. Quote
Paul S Posted July 7, 2019 Posted July 7, 2019 Nothing constructive, I'm afraid. I don't remember the name east Island Crew at all. Then again I struggle to remember my own some mornings. The guy in Japan is called Danny Stewart aka The Bass Hunter - he got me my Holy Grail bass. (which when it arrived I didn't get on with, typical!) 1 Quote

YouMa Posted August 1, 2020 Posted August 1, 2020 I would personally not deal with any people who refer to themselves as "a crew" 1 Quote
