Hi i have turned to your forum in the hope someone can help identify my encore bass i bought it about 15 years ago, i think it's as it came from the factory, I cannot find another like it, any information will be good thanks in advance Paul

Hi yes I have read the article but the guitar is not the same at all.  My guitar has 3 pickups. The jack socket is at the bottom of the body,and no scratch plate, also all of the guitar is completely red except the fret board. Cannot find any id  numbers,my next thought is to remove the neck to see if  any underneath

This is the closest thing I can find, shows what looks like a single-pickup version of the same bass:

Early 90s, then, and if the info's correct, made in India. That's plausible as 90s Encore P bass clones appear to be a rebrand of the Indian-made Sunn Mustang basses.
