EBS ValveDrive

Hi people,

I was wondering if any of you have owned or tried the EBS Valve Drive... What's your opinion?



I've never had a chance to try one out but I've listened to a few soundclips and I quite like it. Here:

The price is a bit high, I think, so, is it worth the money?

Any other alternatives that can offer a similar result?

Hi - used to own one of these and now regret selling it.

Does that say enough !!!

Great for a bit of valve edge and bite - or a great addition to a SS amp or pre-amp set-up.

Thanks Johnny! I'll pay Bernie a visit in the next few days and see if he has one I can try.

In the meantime, I'd like to hear about people experiences with this pedal.

I had one for a while, too. It warmed things up very nicely. Passive Fender-style EQ takes a while to get used to, though.
