MIJ Geddy Lee Jazz Scratchplate

Hi,

I'm looking for a scratch plate for the above bass. Are there any key differences between the sizes for USA and Japanese versions. Cant are many available sizes specific for the Geddy Lee.

I bought USA vintage for mine, they fit beautifully. Then I sold it. Shame, but much preferred my other jazz

Yes, the original MIJ & MIA Geddy Lee plates are indeed different - only by a bit, but enough to make them non-interchangable.

However a 'normal' MIM/MIA Fender Jazz plate will *just* fit a MIJ Geddy Lee - it's slightly out but still goes on with a bit of gentle persuasion . . .
