Does anyone know if there are any size differences between the Ibanez Accu-cast B120, B300 and B500 bridges?

I guess what I am really asking is, could I easily change one out for another?

As an example: is it just a case of removing the strings, unscrewing a B300, screwing in a B500, insert the strings and double check the setup?
