BassThing Posted September 7, 2019 Posted September 7, 2019 Ref the 4x10 vs 1x15 debate, I swapped a Boschmann 12" sub for a Rockford Fosgate 12" sub in my old van's audio setup. The RF was significantly louder using the same enclosure and same power amp. Boschmann use Male inches to measure their size, whilst RF use Female (real) inches. The fact they fit the same cutout in the same enclosure is here nor there, as the Boshcmann must clearly have been smaller than it claims in reality. Quote
Stub Mandrel Posted December 14, 2019 Posted December 14, 2019 Well. Finally did a rehearsal with the amp, no extension cabs. We got a bit louder towards the end of the sesh and I had to turn up to 3. 🙂 2 Quote
