Chipmunk voices live?

I have a new pop punk song i’ve demoed for the band 

it has chipmunks in it

i want the chipmunks live for this song

what is a good way?

its just for a few lines:

 

“Hashtag not all men’`,

“ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba”

“being a Nazi is haaaaaaaard!”

 “Can I still be your friend?”

 

something that is cheap and one-shot is great. I’d normally consider a soundboard type application with a raspberry pi or a sample player mashing on some game pad Buttons but the “ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba” is sung and in time with the other harmonies....

A pitch shifter or octaver will do what you’re after, something like the TC Helicon maybe, but pretty much anything that goes up an octave will do it.

... and a pack of cheap balloons for the performance element? It doesn't matter if they're huffing their own breath or a bag of glue, but I think the sight of inhaling from a balloon then suddenly higher voices would be cool.

TC have their Helicon pedals designed to work with vocal mics (with XLR in and outs) that would require a bit less faffing than a guitar pedal.  A vocalist in my old band used to use one for dubby echoes, but I'm sure there must be a pitch shift/harmoniser in the range.
