Evo - HV
Hi all. I have been offered a MarkBass rig for sale. It's the CMD Mini 151p Combo and a New York 151 cab in great condition for £750.00. No covers but only had very light use since new. I know the new price and wondered if this set up is good for a classic rock band with two guitars and heavy drummer. Cheers ps. I just want someone else to convince me to pull the trigger ha ha Edited August 14, 2019 by Evo - HV

But for a better answer if you like the “Markbass” tone go for it. It’s worth jumping into a local dealer with your own bass and trying out some Markbass gear because they give a very coloured tone, which some love, and some don’t... Mykesbass
They have a great reputation, but the only time I played through one at a backline provided gig, without the extension cab, I found it woefully underpowered, with a not very loud guitarist, and not very heavy drummer.
