They seem to take vintage instruments apart and sell the parts off in penny numbers. This week, it's an EB-2. Body, pickup, wiring, case all in seperate auctions. I'm sure I remember them selling an EB-3 off in individual parts a while ago, the whole thing.

Hmph again.

I don't know what everyone else thinks, but I am not keen on this scattering of vintage parts. Surely it would be better to gather together all the parts that belong together and sell it as a project? Sadly, it's probably done for financial gain; the individual parts being worth more than selling them in one go.

Hummmn its not confined to musical instruments either.... I know of several motor bikes that have been dealt with the same.....

Is it ethical?

I'm not sure, some will find annoying, others will finds it a great help as they need bits.....!
