Made In Czech Republic - EMG HZ Pickups - Non Adjustable Tone Pump Preamp. Overall in good condition, the serial number dates the bass to 2008. A few bumps and scrapes as shown in the photos. There is slight delamination at the end of the headstock of the neck wood laminates - again please see photograph.. I've had this looked at and this is no real issue.
