mr4stringz
Don’t think this has been posted, and apols if so, and it’s probs a bit late but as part of their 15th anniversary celebrations GG are offering free Ernie Ball restrings this week (including the weekend I think). Call or email to book in. Lovely fella in the Birmingham store just did my Mustang. Top service and who’d say no to freebie strings, even if they’re not your brand of choice... TheGreek
I bet they didn't make allowance for Cetera turning up....
ezbass
Just had a free set of EB Cobalt Flatwounds (those puppies aren't cheap) fitted to my Maruszczyk Elwood L by the guys at GG Epsom. Even cleaned and conditioned my fretboard. Kudos.
BreadBin
Sadly no shop near enough to me to justify it. I'd be interested to try some different strings too.
Merton
I was tempted to head to GG Epsom this weekend but Ernie Ball don’t do medium scale strings 🤦🏼♂️

Stub Mandrel
Booked a slot, but tough choice, most of my basses have new-ish elites or rotos fitted. Just two which had new but unknown strings fitted when I got them.
