Payments transfer to Europe

Anyone recommend a payments transfer system that doesn't charge me the £30 mu bank charges me to pay a European recipient??

Try not to use PayPal. I bought something from Thomann a few weeks ago, I was going to pay by PayPal but their exchange rate was really bad.

Another shout for TransferWise. Paid for my last Maruszcyck with it, I think it cost me about 4 quid to do it IIRC.
