Fender Jazz 73/75 bitsa value

Hi all, 

He may be a member here so I apologise if this is poor form to be questioning value. I have a guy offering me a Fender Jazz made of a 73 neck, 75 body and EMG pickups in a trade for my 1984 G&L L2000 which I am selling for £900.

Thing is, I'm struggling to know if I should be asking for any money my way in the trade? What do we think, how close to £900 is this worth?

If it sounded good I would take that. You’re not going to get any closer to a 70’s Fender Jazz for under £1k
