Bass and ubass from Sweden!

Hi,

I have had my account here for some time but haven’t really posted anything before today!

I’m a musician/educator from Sweden!

I just posted in the Events > London Bass Guitars Show 2019 section.

In a couple of weeks I will attend this years show together with Kala that will have a ubass stand.

Hi, I have a tenor and a couple of baritone (4 and 8 string) Kala ukes.

Recently added a Ubass (Excelsior fretless) to my collection, lovely instrument to play but really struggling to find E and A strings that aren't either tacky (most) or so rough (aquila reds) it sound like I'm sawing timber. Best I've found so far are the Aquila blacks, planning on giving the Worth browns a try.

Hej!

Welcome to Basschat Magnus.  My uncle was from Skåne (born and raised in Ystad, lived in Höör for many years) so I have been over to Sweden many times.  Great place.
