backwater Posted July 26, 2007 Share Posted July 26, 2007 (edited) Due to a recent bout of GAS I have ended up with two bass rigs and one has to go to clear space for the other. Peavey MkIII 400 head in reasonable condition (a bit battered after being gigged over almost 30 years) - unfortunately, channel A doesn't work - channel B is fine but A is silent. The cab was a 1978 Peavey 215 but when I got it one 15 was blown so I cut the cab down to a 1x15. I managed to rescue the tolex so the logo of one of the earlier owners (Simple Minds) is still there. This would be fine for a beginner or for a cheap rig. Feel free to contact me to find out more! Looking for about £60.00 Pickup only in Edinburgh. I've got a 1978 MkIII head in the loft that blew up a few months back, just gave the 2x15 to the local pub for the jam night. If I was closer, I'd take the amp off you to go with the 2x15 (I'm a regular at the jam night so would make use of it myself).
